اعتباراً من تاريخ العمل بالقانون 148 لسنة 2019 . تم إيقاف العمل بالاتفاقيات والقرارات التى ابرمت مع الجهات التى كانت مشتركة
فى نظام المكافأة الإضافية ، وقد ورد ذلك بنص المادة ( 158 ) من القانون والمادة (129 ) باللائحة التنفيذية تفصيلا على النحو التالى :
نص المادة (129) من اللائحة : اعتبارًا من تاريخ العمل بالقانون يوقف العمل بالقرارات والاتفاقات التى أبرمت مع الجهات التى طلبت زيادة اشتراك العاملين بها فى نظام المكافأة وفقًا لقانون التأمين الاجتماعى الصادر بالقانون رقم 79 لسنة 1975 والقوانين المعدلة والمكملة له مع مراعاة ما يأتى :
1- إذا كانت الجهة الإدارية قامت بأداء تكلفة الشراء بالكامل قبل تاريخ العمل بالقانون ، تحسب هذه المدة ضمن مدة اشتراك المؤمن عليهم فى نظام المكافأة عند حلول واقعة استحقاق المكافأة .
2- إذا كانت الجهة الإدارية قامت بإيداع دفعة تحت حساب تكلفة المكافأة يتم رد ما تبقى من مبالغ للجهة الإدارية ويتم إيقاف حساب مدد فى نظام المكافأة للعاملين بالجهة اعتبارًا من تاريخ العمل بالقانون .
3- بالنسبة للجهات الصادر لها قرار بزيادة الاشتراك فى نظام المكافأة وفقًا لأحكام المادة الرابعة عشر من القانون رقم 47 لسنة 1984يتم إيقاف العمل بهذه القرارات اعتبارًا من تاريخ العمل بالقانون ، ويراعى عند حساب الحق فى المكافأة عند حلول واقعة الاستحقاق أن يتم حساب مدة الاشتراك فى نظام المكافأة الإضافية عن المدة من بداية الاشتراك حتى 1/1/2020
